Assistant Restaurant Manager
Basic Salary: SAR 12,500
Job Overview:
The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of the business, including daily operations, staff management, and financial administration. This role is focused on developing staff and implementing standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of all FOH staff.
- Manage daily operational tasks, including opening/closing procedures, inventory orders, and supplier relations.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving financial targets through effective cost control and upselling strategies.
- Handle administrative duties such as payroll processing, reporting, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Step in for the Restaurant Manager in their absence.
- Focus on staff development, conducting training sessions and one-on-one coaching.
- Monitor and maintain all quality and service standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good understanding of business operations, including budgeting and cost management.
- Proficient in restaurant management software and MS Office.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
