HR Administrator
Job Title: HR Administrator
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager
Salary: SAR 5,000 per month + Accommodation
Job Purpose:
To provide comprehensive administrative support across all human resources functions. The HR Administrator is the central point of contact for HR-related queries and is responsible for maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment, and assisting with payroll and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record Maintenance: Maintain and update physical and digital employee records, including personal information, contracts, and attendance, with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contracts and onboarding packages for new hires.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate the new employee orientation and onboarding process. Manage the exit process for leavers, including conducting exit interviews and processing final settlements.
- HR Documentation: Prepare various HR documents, such as employment verification letters, warning letters, and announcements.
- Payroll & Benefits Support: Compile and process payroll data (attendance, leaves, deductions). Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance and accommodation allocations.
- Policy & Procedure: Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with local labor laws (Saudi Labor Law).
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR administrative role.
- Understanding of HR functions and best practices, with knowledge of Saudi labor law being a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and HR software (HRIS).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
