. Green Keeper (Grade 2)
Basic Monthly Salary: 2,750 SAR
Job Summary:
The Green Keeper is a fundamental member of the landscaping team, performing the essential manual tasks required to maintain high-quality turf grass, garden beds, and hardscapes. This role is physically demanding and focuses on the detailed, hands-on work that creates a pristine and healthy landscape environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Turf Maintenance: Operate push mowers, line trimmers, and edgers to maintain grass areas. Hand-water areas as needed and rake/remove debris from turf.
- Plant Bed Care: Weed, mulch, and cultivate garden beds and around trees. Plant seasonal flowers, shrubs, and trees as directed.
- Pruning & Trimming: Assist in the pruning of shrubs and small trees to maintain shape and health, using hand pruners and shears.
- Site Cleanliness: Blow and sweep walkways, patios, and parking lots. Empty trash receptacles and ensure the overall site is clean and presentable.
- Litter Control: Continuously patrol the assigned area to remove litter and debris.
- Support Work: Assist other team members with irrigation repairs, chemical applications, and equipment operations as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- No formal educational requirements.
- Ability to perform sustained physical labor in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn basic horticultural practices.
- Ability to follow simple instructions and work well in a team.
- Good work ethic and attention to detail.
