Catering Admin
Salary Range: 3,000 – 4,000 SAR
Job Summary:
The Catering Admin provides crucial clerical and customer service support to the catering sales and management team. This role handles inquiries, manages contracts and billing, and maintains client files, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate manager.
- Contract & Billing Support: Prepare event contracts, proposals, and BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) for manager review. Process invoices and assist with billing.
- Data Management: Input and maintain accurate client and event data in the catering software system.
- Office Management: Manage office supplies, schedule meetings, and handle general office duties.
- Coordination: Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and the operations team to ensure information flow is accurate and timely.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM or catering software is preferred.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
