We’re looking for a passionate and result-driven Relationship Manager to handle client relationships, support business setup processes, and deliver exceptional customer service.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
Guide clients through business setup, licensing, and government service requirements
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Track client interactions using CRM tools and maintain accurate records
Meet sales, retention, and satisfaction targets
Represent the company in a professional and presentable manner
🔹 Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Administration, or Marketing
✅ 2–5 years of experience in client handling, PRO services, or business setup
✅ Fluent in Arabic & English
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✅ Strong follow-up, coordination, and CRM skills
✅ Presentable and professional personality
✅ Local Saudi network is an added advantage
💰 Salary: SAR 4,000 – 8,000 + Commission
