Site Engineer – BMS & Lighting Control
💰 Salary Package: 6,500 SAR + FAT (Food, Accommodation, Transportation)
Job Summary:
The Site Engineer for BMS & Lighting Control will be responsible for the supervision, installation, testing, and commissioning of the Building Management System and integrated lighting control systems for the stadium.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the installation of BMS (DDC panels, sensors, actuators) and lighting control systems.
- Coordinate with MEP subcontractors and other trades to ensure seamless integration.
- Read and interpret BMS/lighting control drawings, schematics, and sequences of operation.
- Oversee the termination, programming, and point-to-point checking of the systems.
- Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during installation and commissioning.
- Assist in the configuration and programming of the BMS and lighting control software.
- Witness and manage system functional performance tests (FPTs) and commissioning activities.
- Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Instrumentation & Control.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on site experience in BMS and Lighting Control systems, specifically within the GCC.
- Proven experience with major BMS brands (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls).
- Previous Aramco approval is a significant advantage.
- Strong technical understanding of control wiring, networking, and system architecture.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems effectively.
📝 General Requirements for All Positions:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the GCC region is mandatory.
- Education: A relevant degree or diploma is required.
- Aramco Experience: Previous Aramco project experience and/or valid Aramco approval is a highly desirable advantage and may expedite the selection process.
- Visa: Only candidates available for local transfer (within Saudi Arabia) with a valid transferable Iqama will be considered.
- Availability: Must be able to join immediately after a successful client interview.
