Finance Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary Range: 25,000 - 32,000 SAR per month

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance Manager to oversee all aspects of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be a qualified finance professional with a strong background in the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for ensuring financial compliance, driving financial planning, and providing strategic insights to support the organization's growth and stability. This is a leadership role that requires a proactive individual with excellent analytical, managerial, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting:
- Oversee the entire accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Manage cash flow, forecasting, and working capital to ensure operational efficiency.
- Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop financial models to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and profitability.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure strict adherence to Saudi Arabian accounting standards, taxation laws (including Zakat and VAT), and healthcare-specific financial regulations.
- Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and government authorities as required.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Delegate tasks effectively and manage team performance to achieve departmental goals.
Systems & Process Improvement:
- Utilize advanced ERP and clinic management systems to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Leverage advanced MS Excel skills for complex financial analysis, modeling, and data visualization.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy within the finance department.
Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate financial performance and complex financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders, including senior leadership and department heads.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, MSc in Finance) is preferred.
Professional Certifications (Highly Desirable):
- One or more of the following: CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst).
Experience:
- A minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
- At least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role, with proven team management experience.
- Essential: Strong experience within the healthcare sector, with a clear understanding of healthcare financial regulations and compliance standards in Saudi Arabia.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS), Saudi taxation, and financial reporting.
- Systems Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and clinic management software. Expert-level skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, macros, etc.).
- Analytical Abilities: Superior ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic, actionable insights.
- Leadership: Demonstrated capability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage and influence key stakeholders.
