Job Description: Fire Alarm Sales Professional (Abu Dhabi)

About the Role
We are a leading provider of fire and life safety solutions seeking a dynamic, results-driven Fire Alarm Sales Professional to join our Abu Dhabi team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in the UAE market, responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive range of fire alarm and detection systems. This role is pivotal to our growth strategy in the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for the Fire Alarm division.
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities across key sectors (e.g., Construction, Oil & Gas, Hospitality, Healthcare, Infrastructure).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, facility management companies, and end-users.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders that effectively convey the value of our services.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients and specifiers.
- Provide expert advice on fire alarm systems, ensuring solutions comply with the UAE Fire and Life Safety Code (UFC), Civil Defence regulations, and other local standards.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering, project management, and after-sales service teams to ensure seamless project handover and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Fire Alarm System Sales within the UAE market. Experience in Abu Dhabi is a significant advantage.
- License: A Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of fire alarm systems (conventional, addressable, aspirating), their components, and integration with other life safety systems.
- Regulatory Expertise: In-depth knowledge of UAE Fire Safety Regulations, Civil Defence approval processes, and relevant international standards (NFPA, EN).
- Network: Established network of contacts with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers in the Abu Dhabi construction and facilities management sectors.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical) or a related field is preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
