Time Keeper
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Reports To: Project Accountant / HR/Admin Manager
Job Purpose:
To accurately record, monitor, and report the daily attendance of all project personnel (direct staff and subcontractor labor), providing the essential data for payroll and manpower tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage the biometric attendance system at site entry points.
- Maintain manual attendance registers as a backup and for visitors/subcontractors.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports for company staff and subcontractor labor.
- Calculate and record overtime hours, absences, and leaves for payroll processing.
- Monitor site entry/exit, reporting any unauthorized personnel or irregularities.
- Coordinate with the HR department to ensure leave records are up to date.
- Prepare manpower headcount reports as required for project/client reporting.
- Maintain the camp occupancy list if project accommodation is provided.
Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Time Keeper in the construction industry in the UAE.
- Proficient in MS Excel and attendance management software.
- Must be honest, meticulous, and possess strong integrity. Good interpersonal skills.
