Waiter / Waitress / Service Staff
Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi
The Role – Waiter/Waitress:
We are looking for friendly, attentive, and energetic Waiters/Waitresses to be the face of our café. You will ensure our guests have an exceptional dining experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide knowledgeable recommendations about our Russian specialties and coffee.
- Manage the full service cycle: taking orders, serving food/drinks, and processing payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized dining area and station.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and charm.
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a café or restaurant.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude and a team player mentality.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Neat and professional appearance.
- Basic POS system knowledge.
- Available to join immediately in Al Ain.
