About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our amazing team in Al Ain. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an early-career professional to build a strong foundation in all core HR functions. You will play a key role in supporting our HR operations and contributing to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle – from posting job ads and screening resumes to coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring a great first day.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital employee files, ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
- HR Administration: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including preparing letters, reports, and presentations.
- HRIS Management: Utilize our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to input data, generate reports, and help streamline HR processes.
- Employee Queries: Serve as a helpful first point of contact for basic employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: 0 - 1 year of experience in an HR or administrative role. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are strongly encouraged to apply.
- HR Knowledge: Basic understanding of core HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, record-keeping).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Proficiency in using any Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is a significant advantage.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.
- Personal Attributes: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and a proactive, team-player attitude.
