Field Technician - CCTV & Security Systems

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Field Technician (Fresher or Experienced) to join our team for immediate deployment in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the on-site installation, configuration, and maintenance of electronic security systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, configuration, and termination of CCTV systems, Access Control systems, and Wireless Access Points.
- Conduct structured network cabling (CAT5e/CAT6) and fiber optics for security system networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security hardware and network connectivity.
- Ensure all work complies with company standards and safety regulations.
- Provide basic training and support to end-users on system operation.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including schematics and service reports.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be currently available in the UAE.
- Must be able to join immediately.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical certification (e.g., CCTV, Networking, SIRA) is a strong advantage.
- Basic understanding of IP networks, TCP/IP, and network configuration.
- Hands-on experience with tools for cabling and termination.
- Good physical fitness for working at heights, in ceilings, and carrying equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.
