Job Overview:
The Waiter/Waitress is the primary point of service for our guests, responsible for providing a friendly, efficient, and memorable dining experience through attentive service and thorough product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests, present menus, and explain daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, following proper service etiquette.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any needs.
- Process bill payments and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized section.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure order accuracy and timing.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
