About the Role
We are a leading player in the dynamic UAE real estate market, seeking a dedicated and sector-savvy Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. This role is critical in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent that will drive our business forward. The ideal candidate is not just a recruiter but a strategic partner with deep-rooted experience and networks specifically within the UAE real estate landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, with a mandatory specialization in hiring high-performing real estate sales agents.
- Sector-Specific Hiring: Recruit for diverse positions across the real estate value chain, including developers, brokerage firms, consultancy roles, and contractors.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, direct headhunting) to build a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and ensure a smooth interview and selection process.
- Market Intelligence: Act as a subject matter expert on the UAE real estate job market, providing insights on compensation benchmarks, talent availability, and competitive trends.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all hiring activities adhere to UAE labor regulations and best practices, including visa and onboarding processes.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of proven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, with strong, demonstrable exposure specifically to the UAE real estate sector.
- Language Skills: Arabic language proficiency is mandatory (spoken and written).
- Specialist Knowledge: Mandatory hands-on experience in recruiting real estate sales agents. A strong network of sales professionals in the UAE is a significant advantage.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE hiring practices, labor laws, and visa procedures.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in or recruiting for top-tier real estate developers, brokerages, or consultancies in the UAE.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
