Job Title:Â Civil Multi Technician / Handyman (High-Rise Specialist)

Long Job Description:
This role requires a versatile and skilled Civil Multi Technician with broad experience in maintaining the architectural and structural fabric of high-rise buildings. The technician will perform a wide range of corrective and preventive tasks related to interiors, finishes, and building fabric, ensuring the property remains in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance of building interiors: plastering, patching, painting, tiling, minor masonry work, and ceiling repairs (gypsum, acoustic tiles).
- Repair and maintain doors (wooden, laminate, iron), windows, locks, hinges, closers, and architectural hardware.
- Attend to ceramic tile repairs, grout replacement, and sealing in bathrooms and common areas.
- Conduct preventive inspections of building interiors for cracks, water stains, or damage and perform proactive repairs.
- Fabricate and install simple wooden or metal structures as needed (shelves, minor partitions).
- Assist other trades (plumbing, AC) in performing make-good work after their repairs (e.g., wall chasing, tile replacement).
- Handle glass and glazing repairs for internal partitions and windows.
- Maintain common areas like lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and parking areas to a high aesthetic standard.
- Follow material specifications and color codes as per building standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols while working on ladders, scaffolds, and in occupied apartments.
Candidate Requirements:
- Mandatory:Â ITI Certificate in Carpentry, Masonry, or a related construction trade.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Civil Technician, Handyman, or in building finishing works, specifically within high-rise towers in Dubai.
- Proficient in multiple skills: painting, carpentry, tiling, and basic masonry.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and show a strong sense of ownership for building aesthetics.
- Good knowledge of building materials and finishes used in luxury high-rises.
