Golden Petrol is seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Riyadh. This is a full-time opportunity within the Warehousing – Inventory – Logistics – Supply Chain sector.
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuance, shipping, and dispatching
🔹 Control stock movement, update inventory systems, and prepare accurate reports
🔹 Conduct periodic and annual stock counts and resolve any discrepancies
🔹 Develop and improve warehousing procedures to maximize space utilization
🔹 Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and storage standards
🔹 Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse teams, assigning operational tasks efficiently
🔹 Coordinate and improve operations between warehouse, branches, and other departments
🔹 Prepare demand forecasts, stock planning, and replenishment orders
🔹 Work closely with logistics and transportation providers to ensure timely deliveries
🌟 Qualifications:
🔹 5–8 years of proven warehouse management experience
🔹 Experience in service-based environments, automotive spare parts, oils/lubricants, or similar industries is preferred
🔹 Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
🔹 Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
🔹 Ability to work under pressure and drive operational efficiency
