IT Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive IT Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our information technology systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, security, and strategic evolution of our IT environment, including ERP applications, network systems, and software development operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Management: Lead and manage the IT department, including systems administration, ERP support, and software development teams.
- Systems & Operations: Oversee the performance, maintenance, and security of all IT systems, enterprise applications (ERP), and software development lifecycles.
- Infrastructure Planning: Plan, upgrade, and supervise the entire IT infrastructure, including servers, hardware, LAN/WAN, and automated systems.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure robust network security, data protection, and regulatory compliance. Implement and manage disaster recovery plans and regular backup operations.
- Strategy & Reliability: Develop IT strategies aligned with business goals. Ensure high system reliability, uptime, and performance across the organization.
- Vendor & Project Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers. Lead IT projects from conception to implementation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a managerial or team lead capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with:
- Enterprise IT infrastructure (hardware, networking, virtualization).
- ERP application management and support.
- Software development operations and lifecycle management.
- Cybersecurity principles, data protection, and backup solutions.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive IT projects to successful completion.
- Eligibility: This position is open to Indian nationals only. Local candidates preferred.
