HR Administrator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator with substantial experience in UAE HR practices to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and providing efficient administrative support to the HR department and employees.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration:
- Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and other related documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both digital and physical filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Process employee requests related to HR policies, leave, attendance, and benefits.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, etc.).
- Coordinate employee probationary reviews, performance evaluations, and confirmation processes.
UAE Labor Law Compliance:
- Ensure all HR practices and documentation adhere to UAE Federal Labor Law and relevant free zone regulations (if applicable).
- Stay updated with changes in UAE labor laws and implement necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
- Handle visa processing, renewal, and cancellation for employees, including medical tests, Emirates ID, and labor card applications.
- Manage employee residency and work permit requirements efficiently.
Employee Relations & Support:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and meetings.
- Support grievance handling and disciplinary procedures in line with company policy and UAE law.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare HR reports on metrics such as turnover, attendance, and recruitment.
- Maintain and update HR databases, organizational charts, and employee directories.
- Ensure all HR documents (policies, procedures, forms) are current and accessible.
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks as needed.
- Prepare recruitment-related documentation and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Administrator or similar role, with strong exposure to UAE HR practices and labor laws.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law, visa processes, and free zone regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Bayzat, SAP HR, Oracle HCM) and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
