Who We're Looking For
We are seeking dynamic, early-career Civil Engineers with 1-3 years of experience who are hungry to learn and grow. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, planning, and supervision of civil engineering projects (e.g., infrastructure, buildings, transportation, or utilities).
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, calculations, reports, and specifications using industry-standard software.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, ensure compliance with designs, and address technical issues.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, structural engineers, and project managers.
- Support senior engineers in project coordination, client liaison, and contract administration.
- Ensure all work adheres to local regulations, international standards, and best practices for quality, health, and safety.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- 1-3 years of relevant post-graduate experience in a consultancy or contracting environment.
- Strong foundational knowledge in core civil engineering principles (e.g., structural analysis, geotechnics, water resources, construction management).
- Proficiency in key software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Professional registration (EIT) or progress towards Chartered Engineer status is a plus.
