π§ Roles & Responsibilities
π© Receive inquiries from Customers / Sales Engineers
π§Ύ Prepare quotations, orders & Proforma Invoices
π° Maintain selling price margins
π₯ Coordinate with Accounts (customer creation & payment status)
π¦ Coordinate with Storekeeper for material availability
π Coordinate with Factory team for delivery scheduling
ποΈ Initiate approvals, OA & Submittals in DMS
π Prepare draft technical submittals & compliance documents
π Prepare replies to technical comments & official letters
π Update cost prices, invoicing reports & logs (weekly/monthly)
πΌ Experience
π Minimum 3 years UAE experience in Sales Coordination
π Logistics experience is an advantage
π Qualification & Skills
π Bachelorβs Degree
π» MS Office & ERP proficiency
π Oracle Fusion & CPQ knowledge is a plus
