Project Engineer (Fitout/Construction)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary Range: AED 7,000 - AED 8,000 per month

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing fitout and construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction/fitout activities.
- Review project plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure all work complies with UAE regulations, health and safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- Prepare progress reports, technical documents, and project documentation.
- Monitor project budgets and costs, identifying and resolving any variances.
- Resolve technical and engineering issues that arise during construction.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven UAE experience in Fitout and Construction projects.
- License: A valid UAE Driver's License is mandatory.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of fitout materials, methodologies, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of UAE building codes and regulations.
