CIVIL FOREMAN

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site
- Manage and lead construction crews and subcontractors
- Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
- Ensure work is performed according to project specifications and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and report to Project Manager/Engineer
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations
- Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings
- Manage material requisitions and ensure proper utilization
- Maintain daily site reports and documentation
- Coordinate with other trades and departments
- Troubleshoot on-site technical issues
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven experience as Civil Foreman in UAE construction industry
- Immediate joining availability
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Relevant technical certification or diploma
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
- Physically fit for site work in UAE climate
- Computer literacy (MS Office, basic reporting software)
