Como Lounge is looking for energetic and skilled Junior Baristas to join our exciting new Pop-Up project in Abu Dhabi. If you are passionate about specialty coffee and can handle a fast-paced environment, we want you!
Role Details:
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary Range: AED 2,500 – 2,700 (Full Package)
Duration: Pop-Up Project
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a specialty cafe or high-volume F&B environment.
Skills: Proficient in milk texturing, latte art (basic to intermediate), and espresso calibration.
Availability: Must be able to JOIN IMMEDIATELY.
Visa Status: * Candidates on Own Visa / Freelance Visa / Dependent Visa are highly encouraged to apply.
Must be able to provide a valid NOC from the sponsor.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with consistency and speed.
Maintain a clean and organized bar station during busy shifts.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the Como Lounge brand.
