Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage offerings to a high standard.
- Greet clients warmly, take orders, and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized.
- Assist with inventory management and daily operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Genuine passion for coffee and a desire to learn and improve.
- Positive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
