Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Sales Co-Ordinator to support the sales team by managing sales-related activities, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by coordinating sales-related activities, including order processing, inquiries, and customer communications
- Assist in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and presentations
- Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Maintain accurate records of sales orders, customer interactions, and sales performance data
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and pricing details
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as required
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination or a related field
- Knowledge of Light Gauge Steel (LGS) or light structural steel/sheet metal industry is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Customer-focused mindset with commitment to exceptional service
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
