Snö is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 2–3 years of experience in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and healthcare accounting practices. Experience working with Oracle ERP is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger updates.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Prepare financial reports and support management with analysis.
- Monitor expenses, budgets, and cost allocations specific to healthcare operations.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and internal policies.
- Support audit processes by preparing required documentation.
- Work on ERP systems (Oracle preferred) for financial transactions and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–3 years of accounting experience in the healthcare industry (mandatory).
- Experience using Oracle ERP is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
