Job Title: Outlet Manager – Sports Bar
Job Summary:
The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sports bar, ensuring excellent customer service, maximizing revenue, maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, and managing staff efficiently. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for hospitality and sports entertainment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of the sports bar, including opening and closing procedures
Ensure smooth service during peak hours, live sports events, and special promotions
Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and overall guest experience
2. Customer Service
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
Build a loyal customer base through engagement and personalized service
3. Staff Management
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bar and service staff
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching
Ensure team adherence to company policies and service standards
4. Financial Management
Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability of the outlet
Control costs including labor, inventory, and wastage
Prepare reports on daily/weekly performance and revenue
5. Inventory & Supply Management
Manage stock levels of beverages, food, and bar supplies
Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely procurement
Conduct regular inventory checks and minimize losses
6. Marketing & Promotions
Plan and execute promotions, events, and game-night specials
Collaborate with marketing teams to attract customers
Leverage sports events to drive footfall and sales
7. Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
Maintain hygiene standards in line with local laws
Enforce responsible alcohol service practices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
3–5+ years of experience in bar/restaurant management, preferably in a sports bar or high-volume outlet
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Knowledge of food & beverage operations and inventory control
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
