Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, presenting products or services, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain a high conversion rate
3. Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer trends
- Monitor competitors and suggest strategies to stay competitive
4. Sales Reporting
- Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
- Update CRM systems regularly
5. Negotiation & Closing
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
- Handle objections and resolve client concerns
6. Coordination
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and client servicing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
