Responsible for training both BOH (Back of House) and FOH (Front of House) staff across branches, ensuring high standards in food safety, operations, and customer service. Also focuses on standardizing processes, updating SOPs, and fostering continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train kitchen and service staff across all branches as per company standards
- Improve food quality, hygiene, and customer experience
- Lead and support junior kitchen staff (CDP, Commis, etc.)
- Standardize BOH & FOH operations and maintain SOPs
- Conduct regular kitchen audits and ensure improvements
- Create and manage employee skills matrices
- Train new hires (kitchen helpers, cashiers, baristas)
- Motivate teams and ensure alignment with company policies
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience (1 year in UAE preferred)
- Strong MS Office and communication skills
- Driving license is a plus
