Job Title: MEP Supervisor (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
Job Summary:
The MEP Supervisor oversees on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This role ensures that all MEP works are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day MEP activities on the construction site
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other site teams
- Monitor labor productivity and manage workforce allocation
- Inspect installations to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Identify and resolve technical issues on-site
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records
- Support testing and commissioning of MEP systems
- Enforce safety procedures and site regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
- Proven experience in MEP supervision in construction projects
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and layouts
- Strong knowledge of installation practices and safety standards
- Good leadership and team coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects
- Familiarity with HVAC, fire fighting systems, and building services
- Safety certification (e.g., OSHA or equivalent)
