Restaurant Supervisor – Job Description
A Restaurant Supervisor in Hospitality Management supports the Restaurant Manager by supervising daily restaurant operations and ensuring smooth customer service and staff performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise waiters, baristas, and service staff during shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Assist in opening and closing restaurant operations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Help train new employees
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with reports and daily operations
Required Skills

Qualifications & Experience
