Job Title: Project Integrated Management Support (PIMS)
Job Summary:
A Project Integrated Management Support professional assists in coordinating and integrating multiple project management functions such as planning, execution, quality, safety, cost control, documentation, and reporting. The role ensures smooth project coordination across departments to achieve project objectives in terms of time, cost, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support integration of project management processes across engineering, procurement, construction, HSSE, and quality teams
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring activities
- Coordinate between different departments to ensure alignment of project objectives
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Assist in tracking project performance indicators (KPIs) and progress updates
- Support risk management, change management, and issue tracking processes
- Prepare consolidated project reports for management review
- Assist in cost tracking, budget monitoring, and resource allocation coordination
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, contractors, and project teams
- Support implementation of project management systems and tools
- Assist in preparing presentations, status reports, and project reviews
- Monitor compliance with project procedures, standards, and governance frameworks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field
- Knowledge of project management principles (PMBOK or equivalent) preferred
- Experience in construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, or industrial projects is an advantage
- Familiarity with project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar) is a plus
