JOB DESCRIPTION – SHIFT LEADER (MALE/FEMALE) – FILIPINO

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Shift Leader to manage production team activities, ensure smooth shift operations, maintain quality standards, and support continuous improvement in the production area.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise and lead employees during the shift
✅ Allocate work and give clear instructions to operators
✅ Monitor safety, employee protection, and company environmental standards
✅ Ensure compliance with company rules, quality systems, and production procedures
✅ Handle maintenance coordination, repairs, and machine adjustments
✅ Monitor production quality and operator inspections
✅ Carry out quality checks and ensure production targets are met
✅ Coordinate set-up changes for part numbers, tools, and production equipment
✅ Conduct GEMBA walks, including 5S, safety, and quality checks
✅ Support process optimization and continuous improvement using lean tools
✅ Train, guide, and motivate new and existing operators
✅ Maintain discipline, teamwork, and smooth communication between departments
Requirements:
▪️ Filipino nationality preferred
▪️ Male or Female candidates can apply
▪️ Previous experience as Shift Leader / Line Leader / Production Supervisor
▪️ Experience in plastics or manufacturing production is an advantage
▪️ Knowledge of 5S, safety rules, quality checks, and production targets
▪️ Good leadership and communication skills
▪️ Ability to work in shifts
▪️ Basic English communication required
