Job Summary
The Secondary Real Estate Agent is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting resale (secondary market) residential and commercial properties. The role involves generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth transaction process while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, investors, and tenants.
- List and market secondary market properties.
- Conduct property inspections and arrange viewings for prospective clients.
- Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Negotiate pricing and terms between buyers and sellers to achieve successful transactions.
- Prepare and manage sales documentation, contracts, and related paperwork.
- Coordinate with banks, legal advisors, and other stakeholders during the transaction process.
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of clients, properties, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in secondary real estate sales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong sales skills and an interest in real estate may also be considered.
