Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise engineering and construction activities.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Prepare work schedules and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Ensure work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project costs, materials, and resource utilization.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Identify technical issues and develop practical solutions.
- Attend project meetings and provide engineering support.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or a related discipline).
- Typically 3–8 years of experience in engineering or construction projects (requirements vary by employer).
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and project management.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Technical Skills
- Project planning and scheduling.
- Knowledge of construction methods and engineering standards.

- Quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC).
