Job Title: Employment Officer

Location: Cyprus

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: €700 net per month

Working Days: 6 days per week

Accommodation: Provided – shared room

Bonus: Christmas Bonus (13th Salary)

Job Overview

Orthodoxou Employment is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Employment Officer to join its team in Cyprus.

The successful candidate will be a university graduate with experience in recruitment and/or HR, excellent communication skills, strong computer knowledge, and the ability to manage the complete recruitment process in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
Review CVs and assess candidates according to job requirements.
Conduct professional interviews and candidate assessments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Understand client staffing requirements and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and recruitment records.
Coordinate recruitment activities and follow up with candidates and clients.
Ensure compliance with company HR procedures and applicable local labour regulations.
Monitor recruitment trends and contribute ideas for improving recruitment processes.

Requirements

University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in Recruitment and/or Human Resources.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent computer skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Strong ability to manage professional email communication.
Good attention to detail and a professional approach.
