Restaurant Manager
Basic Salary: SAR 16,000
Job Overview:
The Restaurant Manager has full responsibility for the day-to-day operations and profitability of the restaurant. This role leads the entire front-of-house team and is accountable for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full P&L responsibility for the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase profitability and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage all FOH managerial and team members.
- Set and enforce all service, quality, and safety standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate supply contracts.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Represent the restaurant in the community and build relationships with guests and key clients.
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional events in collaboration with head office or marketing teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Several years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume, upscale environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing a P&L and achieving financial targets.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong business acumen and marketing sense.
- Excellent communication and public relations skills.
