Basic Salary: 1,750 per month

Job Description:
The Foreman is a front-line supervisory role responsible for overseeing a crew of technicians and laborers on a construction site. They act as the key link between project management and the workforce, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers and subcontractors.
- Read project plans, blueprints, and drawings to convey instructions to the team.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and regulations on-site.
- Monitor work progress and report daily to project managers or engineers.
- Manage on-site materials, tools, and equipment.
- Resolve conflicts and problems that arise during construction.
- Train new workers and provide guidance on tasks.
- Complete daily logs and reports.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in a specific trade (e.g., MEP, civil, finishing) with proven leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and safety standards.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical documents.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks and manage a diverse team.
