Hostess
Reports to: Supervisor / Assistant Restaurant Manager
Job Overview:
The Hostess is the first and last point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a fantastic first impression. You will manage reservations, greet guests warmly, seat them efficiently, and ensure a smooth flow in the dining area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with genuine warmth and professionalism.
- Manage the reservation book and seating chart to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
- Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and inform them of their server.
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage inquiries professionally.
- Monitor the waiting list and provide accurate wait times to guests.
- Coordinate with servers and management to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hostess stand and entrance area.
Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
