Runner / Busser

Job Overview:
The Runner plays a crucial support role in ensuring food is delivered promptly and tables are reset efficiently. You are essential to maintaining the rhythm and cleanliness of the dining room.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct tables accurately and promptly.
- Assist servers in clearing tables of used dishes, glassware, and cutlery.
- Reset tables quickly and according to restaurant standards.
- Ensure side stations are stocked with clean glassware, silverware, and napkins.
- Assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness.
- Support other team members as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Physical stamina and ability to carry trays.
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
- Attention to detail.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
