About the Role:
MARCO is seeking motivated and qualified Saudi nationals to join our finance team as General Accountants. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are SOCPA certified and ready to launch their accounting careers in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with SOCPA standards.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting tasks.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Nationality: Saudi Arabian.
- Certification: Must be SOCPA Certified.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Education:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related major is preferred.
- Availability: Able to join immediately.
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and Saudi accounting standards (SOCPA).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
