Registered Nurse (Aesthetics)
Position Overview
We are a prestigious, high-end aesthetic clinic seeking a dedicated, DHA-licensed Registered Nurse to join our intimate and meticulous clinical team. Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Patient Care:
- Perform a variety of non-surgical aesthetic treatments (e.g., injectables, laser therapies, skin rejuvenation) with precision and artistry.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, assess needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and manage expectations.
- Provide expert pre- and post-procedure care and instructions.
- Maintain the highest standards of clinical safety, hygiene, and infection control.
- Monitor patient outcomes and manage any potential complications with professionalism.
Client Experience & Service:
- Foster trusting, long-term relationships with patients through exceptional service, discretion, and empathy.
- Ensure a seamless, comfortable, and confidential clinic experience at all times.
- Uphold the clinic’s reputation for excellence, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail.
Operational Excellence:
- Maintain accurate, detailed electronic medical records (EMR) with strict confidentiality.
- Manage clinical inventory, ensuring equipment is properly maintained and supplies are stocked.
- Collaborate closely with the clinic director and team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Mandatory:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in an aesthetic clinic setting.
- Proven competency in core aesthetic procedures (botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, etc.).
Highly Desired:
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or in a luxury service environment.
- Additional certifications in specific aesthetic modalities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
