📍 Location: Head Office – Dubai, UAE
Mitsubishi Electric Middle East Africa and CIS is seeking a Senior Talent & Engagement Specialist to join our Head Office HR team in Dubai. This role supports the full talent lifecycle and plays a key role in strengthening recruitment, development, engagement, and employee well-being across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment in line with Group policies and governance
Partner with business leaders on manpower planning and hiring needs
Source, assess, and onboard talent for critical and specialist roles
Learning & Development
Support training and development initiatives aligned with business and competency frameworks
Coordinate internal and external training programs and track effectiveness
Succession Planning:
Support succession planning and talent review processes for key roles
Maintain talent matrices and support internal mobility initiatives
Engagement & Wellness:
Drive employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action planning
Coordinate wellness programs supporting employee well-being and work–life balance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
6–8 years of HR experience with strong exposure to recruitment, engagement, and talent development
GCC experience is a must
Experience in a multinational or matrix organization preferred
