Terra Firma Solutions is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and achieving sales targets while building strong relationships with clients across assigned sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit and reach daily target clients within assigned sectors.
- Present company products/services effectively to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market visits.
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred, if field-based role).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
