We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Operations Manager to oversee and optimize operations across multiple business entities within the UAE. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can design and execute operational frameworks while ensuring full compliance with UAE regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Operations Leadership
- Oversee end-to-end operational management across multiple business units
- Develop and implement long-term operational strategies aligned with company growth plans
- Establish structured Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments
- Define measurable KPIs and performance benchmarks to ensure accountability
- Monitor business performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations
2. Process Optimization & Efficiency
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement cost-effective improvements
- Streamline administrative and operational processes
- Drive productivity enhancements across departments
- Introduce automation tools and operational controls where applicable
- Manage operational budgets and cost optimization strategies
3. UAE Regulatory Compliance & Governance
- Ensure full compliance with UAE laws and regulatory frameworks
- Manage trade licenses, renewals, and amendments (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)
- Oversee labor contracts, visa processing, immigration procedures, and MOHRE compliance
- Monitor VAT registration, filings, and financial regulatory obligations
- Liaise with government authorities, free zones, banks, and regulatory bodies
- Stay updated on changes in UAE business regulations and implement necessary adjustments
4. Multi-Business Oversight
- Coordinate operations across different sectors and business entities
- Align operational goals across companies to ensure synergy
- Manage cross-functional teams and ensure smooth interdepartmental communication
- Support leadership with operational insights for decision-making
5. Expansion & Growth Initiatives
- Lead new business setup processes in UAE jurisdictions
- Conduct feasibility assessments and operational risk analysis
- Develop structured expansion roadmaps
- Oversee office setup, staffing, vendor onboarding, and infrastructure development
- Ensure operational readiness for new ventures
6. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor operations teams
- Build a culture of accountability and operational excellence
- Coordinate with senior management on performance reporting
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and partners

Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of UAE operations management experience (mandatory)
- Strong working knowledge of Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company structures
- Proven experience managing multiple businesses simultaneously
- Deep understanding of UAE labor law, immigration, licensing, and VAT regulations
- Experience liaising with government authorities and regulatory bodies
