Job Summary
The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications and safety standards. The role involves coordination with contractors, supervisors, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor daily site progress and report to the Project Manager
- Ensure proper use of materials, machinery, and manpower

Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers

Quality Control

Health & Safety

Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in construction or site engineering
Skills
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
