Job Summary
The Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing, functional, and effective design solutions based on project requirements. The role involves developing creative concepts, producing design outputs, and collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality visual or product designs.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design Work
- Develop design concepts, layouts, and visual materials based on project briefs

Project Execution
- Work on multiple design projects simultaneously

- Prepare final design files for production or implementation
Collaboration
- Coordinate with marketing, engineering, architecture, or development teams
- Understand project requirements and provide design input
- Present design concepts and explain creative ideas
Tools & Software
- Use design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Figma, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant software depending on specialization
- Stay updated with latest design tools and trends
Quality & Innovation
- Ensure all designs meet quality and aesthetic standards
- Maintain creativity and innovation in design solutions
- Research trends, materials, and design techniques
Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, or related field
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in design (freshers may apply for junior roles)
Skills
- Strong creativity and visual communication skills
- Proficiency in design software relevant to the field
- Good understanding of color theory, typography, and composition
- Attention to detail and aesthetic sense
- Ability to handle feedback and revisions
