Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, timeline, and budget. This role involves coordinating teams, managing resources, and ensuring that project objectives align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Allocate resources effectively and monitor progress
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Team Management
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members
- Resolve conflicts and ensure team productivity
Stakeholder Management
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
- Manage client expectations and requirements
- Conduct regular meetings and progress reviews
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
- Track and resolve project issues efficiently
- Ensure contingency planning is in place
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Follow organizational policies and industry best practices
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting
Budget & Cost Control
- Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budget
- Optimize resource utilization and reduce costs
Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in project management or related roles

- Time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)
