Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will manage procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and monitor overall supply chain strategy
- Manage procurement, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock without overstocking or shortages
- Coordinate logistics, warehousing, and transportation activities
- Analyze supply chain performance and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with internal departments such as production, sales, and finance
- Identify risks and develop contingency plans
- Lead and mentor supply chain staff
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Proven experience in supply chain management or logistics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of inventory management and forecasting techniques
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (MBA or related field)
- Professional certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP, or similar)
- Experience in a relevant industry (manufacturing, retail, FMCG, etc.)
