Job Title: National Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and oversee our sales operations across the country. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing regional sales teams, and driving revenue growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead, coach, and manage regional and territory sales teams
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:
